The shower was powerful. The breakfast included vegan options and oat milk for coffee. I was happy about the coffee and tea making facilities in the room. It had everything I needed.

the bed proved uncomfortable i felt let down that the beautiful double room did not appear noticeably different from a standard room the breakfast lacked pastries the waitress seemed unenthusiastic at that early hour only filter coffee tea and orange juice were available as drinks

The location is very central. It made exploring the area so easy! The food was delicious. I enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They provided great service.
The wifi was a bit slow though.

friendly staffboutique hotelclean room
staff helped with breakfast even though I was late. the flatiron steak tasted excellent in the hotel restaurant. I found the hotel easy to access from the bus station for a trip to Keswick. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpful staff attitude.
the exit green light was excessively bright during the night.

the hotel benefits from a very CONVENIENT location. the bus station is nearby for accessing trips to places like Keswick. several shops are situated close to the hotel for convenience .

Decent Stay with Some Noise

The food tasted excellent. The restaurant remains full of people, a good sign. The hanging kebab, ooh that was wonderful! I always come back here when work brings me around.
My room faced the back, that proved noisy. Deliveries occurred early, staff took breaks and chatted and smoked. I had to keep windows closed, that annoyed me.
